Emergency Service performed at 8PM on a Saturday Night!  Very fair price and super responsive. My truck key would not turn my car on. Before I would have to fiddle with it to get the key to turn the truck on, but this time it wouldn’t budge. Tommy came out and after doing a diagnostic he quickly concluded my key was “cut” wrong and that was the issue. He made 2 new keys for me, thank you!

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICES!  Tommy came to my workplace today, to cut two new car keys for me.  These were not old school keys, but newer ones with fobs with chips in them, as well as a steel shaft.  He did a fast, thorough job, and charged me only $175.00 for two.  (The a******s at the dealership would have charged $270.00 for ONE KEY.)  And I could work productively in my office while he worked his magic, until he called me to tell  me that he was done.  He accepts cash, checks, and credit cards for your convenience.

Tommy’s Locksmith…I locked myself out of a rental unit while rehabbing it. In the 6 months I’ve been rehabbing it I have never, ever locked myself out. But on this particular day, I was scheduled to take back tools that were rented and needed to get them back by 5:30pm that day, it was 4pm! I called one other locksmith and they couldn’t give me a absolute price, but an estimate of a “In between number” and on top of that they were going to take anywhere from 45 mins to two hours. I called Tommys. He said he was 10 mins from where I was located but working on a job already. He then said, “I will stop this job since its taking an considerable time and come right over, he was there in 15-20 mins and i was able to get to my “tool take back location” 40 mins away before they closed!!! Thanks Tommy, i will refer and absolutely use again!

I would definitely recommend without hesitation. Very helpful and solution focused. Was patient, friendly and solved my issue despite complications. He is nice and seems honest and trustworthy.

I lost my keys to my non-op Mustang. Concord PD continues to ticket me despite it being backed into my driveway with no front plate and has a car cover on, so how CPD have my plate number or vin number is beyond me, but anyhoo… I needed a new key to move my mustang to a storage facility, as the facility requires the owner of towed cars to “turn the ignition” with a key.

Tommy was having difficulty changing out the key to the door or trunk, due to the car sitting for an extended period of time.  Tommy was very patient and helpful exploring alternative solutions. When I explained the details of why I need a new key, he ended up changing out my ignition for about the same price as the key replacement would have been.

Best Mobile Locksmith around.  He responded very quickly to my message and I was initially worried that another option might be less expensive.  But I went with him anyway because I was in a hurry to get my car starting again.

Long story short, a few hours after my message he was here, professional, and got all of the work done quickly.  Even better, the other responses slowly started filtering in and none of them were anywhere near as a good a price!  Don’t waste time waiting to here from others, if Tommy is free just go with him!

Tommy is awesome! I had an issue with my car key. The cleaner threw it out by mistake and I thought it’s gone forever. Tommy came in to reprogram and replace the key very fast. By that time I already found my key in the trash. Tommy came in again (!) to reprogram it back. No charge! He even offered to go to the car dealer himself to get the key from them. I’m shocked and amazed by his service.

I lost my key fob remote for my 2007 Honda Civic EX Coupe and could not start my car as the result. The dealership wanted to charge an arm and leg for the part and service. I bought the key fobs online, thinking I could program it myself. It turns out that my particular model required special tools to program it.

I got locked out of my house twice in two weeks. Both times it was pretty late so I was grateful they were able to help me out. Both times it took less than 5 minutes to get the door open (without any damage to my door or lock). It’s a little pricey, I think around $100 or so, but worth it to not be stuck outside in the cold!  They were also really polite. As a lone female in a dark part of town, I felt safe having them help me into my home.

Like everyone else who left a review here, I must say as well – Tommy is an awesome guy! You can trust him to give you the best price and his 110% effort to get what you need done. He helped me copy a special tibbe type key. It was difficult to find someone to get that type of key cut.. but he did it! It was even more difficult to program the transponder.. but he did it after a whole bunch of troubleshooting. He didn’t give up and figured out the chip was bad (despite it being picked up by a reader), replaced it, and it worked! He charged a flat rate and didn’t charge extra despite how difficult it was to figure out the transponder.. which probably ended up taking close to an hour. It’s a great pleasure to meet someone who works with such honesty and integrity!

Everyone told me I had to get a transponder key, and was charging an insane amount. I called Tommy and he quoted me two prices, incase it was not a transponder key. He got onsite same day, within an hour, and told me he was going to cut a regular key. He cut the key, and it worked. Charged me a low price and went on with his day.
I appreciate his honesty, and not overcharging me for a key that the car did not need. He was professional, kind, and courtious. I would recommend him to anyone.

It was a pleasure to do business with Tommy. I scheduled him to come out and open a truck that i had lost the keys. I also asked him to make 2 like keys that operated both the ignition and doors.

Great service!  I just moved in and needed new keys.  Tommy had three easy fixes and one door that I knew could be an issue (1924 house, original lock set and door).  He did his best to make the house on a single key but explained the complex (and costly) retrofitting it would take and came up with an alternate solution for the old lockset.  He had everything we needed on his van and quickly finished the job.  And great prices!

Easy 5-star rating for Tommy.  The key got stuck in the front door and otherwise jammed the mechanism.  After doing a yelp search, I saw that Tommy was local and very highly rated.  I agree with the other comments.  He is very responsive, cordial, professional, and competent.  He was great about setting a time, called to confirm when he said he would do so, and arrived on the nose.  We really appreciate that he was available on the 4th.  In addition to fixing the stuck key problem, he reworked the lock so that it is smoother and more secure than before.  He was clear about his rates.  I would not hesitate to recommend him and plan to contact him again if we need a locksmith.

Thanks Tommy, He did a great job and Professional. I have my New Front Door Lock change with Smart Ultralog UL1 Finger Print Reader. But my Dead Bold Lock door hole smaller.Tommy arrived  early before schedule and Installed my Smart Lock and make a bigger hole and fit perfectly for my Dead Lock Bold. I will recommend Friend and Family.

We had a need to change our front door lock. Tommy responded within 10 minutes. Although his day was full, he offered to come out in the early evening which was very much appreciated. Tommy is very professional, knowledgeable and an easy presence to be around. Our lock turned out to be somewhat complicated and he explained the reason and tended to what needed to be done until he solved the issue to our complete satisfaction! I’d say he went above and beyond, and his pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the time and effort.  The other reviews are spot on/ accurate and he’s our go-to locksmith as long as he is in business.  Thank you sir!

I had an old front door handle that worked fine but looked rough. I ordered a new one and Tommy expertly and efficiently changed it out and showed me how to re-key it myself. He was flexible with my schedule and was a good communicator by text, and fun to chat with as he worked. He is also reasonably priced. The new handle looks great and I would definitely call him again for any locksmith work!
